Having enabled the development of current leaders, future leaders, and teams
on five continents, Spirk & Associates follows a consistent seven step pattern
method to provides clients with the assurance that action plans will be
both business-focused and good for the job success / career of targeted
employees. The full range of available services run the gamut from Executive
Coaching to individual training. It should be noted that we are NOT believers
in the concept of “training for the sake of training” nor offering of training
participation as a “reward.”
If after diagnosis, analysis, and verification, the decision is made to
provide training, there are nearly 100 programs listed in our
Training Catalog from which to choose
in order to meet the needs of your organization. Delivery of these programs
is provided by either Dave Spirk or one of his Associate organizations.
